A whiff of summer meadow
Theories that Riesling originated in France were never confirmed and thus its true origin remains a mystery. Its name probably came from Wallachia – a mountainous region in Romania, although some say it came from Northeast Italy, where Riesling Italico is produced. It is characterised by scintillating golden colour, delicate aroma of meadow flowers, and a typical acidic taste.
