Velvet legend
In southern France grapes of this variety usually soften in the first half of August, on St. Laurent’s day, which is where it gets its name from. This crimson red wine with an aroma of plums and dark chocolate is perfected by its delicate acidity. Tannins in the aftertaste create a pleasing velvety taste.
